Once a gift card has been issued, activated, or made available to the patient, it must be redeemed within 90 days, where permitted by applicable law and subject to the specific terms of the gift card provider.

BookMySmile is not responsible for gift cards that are not redeemed within the applicable redemption period.

BookMySmile may verify appointment attendance and completed services directly with the participating dental clinic.

Patients may also be asked to provide a receipt, invoice, treatment confirmation, or other reasonable documentation before a promotional reward is approved.

Gift cards are subject to verification and processing after the qualifying dental visit.

Processing times may vary due to clinic verification, weekends, holidays, technical issues, or additional information required from the patient or clinic.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, a patient may claim only one BookMySmile new-patient promotional reward.

Creating multiple accounts, using different phone numbers or email addresses, or otherwise attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times may result in cancellation of all related rewards.

Patients who cancel, fail to attend, or do not complete the qualifying service will not be eligible for the applicable gift card or promotional reward.

Rescheduled appointments may remain eligible provided all other promotional requirements are satisfied.

BookMySmile promotions are available only through participating clinics and eligible bookings made through BookMySmile.

Appointments independently booked with a non-participating clinic do not qualify for BookMySmile promotional rewards unless BookMySmile confirms otherwise in writing.

BookMySmile is a dental discovery, marketing, booking, and promotional platform. BookMySmile does not provide dental treatment or professional dental advice.

Dental services are independently provided by participating dental clinics and dental professionals. Decisions regarding diagnosis, treatment, pricing, insurance coverage, clinical suitability, and treatment outcomes remain between the patient and the dental provider.

Gift cards and promotional rewards do not guarantee that a patient's dental treatment will be free.

Patients are responsible for confirming treatment costs, insurance coverage, deductibles, co-payments, and any remaining balance directly with their dental clinic and/or insurance provider.

BookMySmile does not guarantee insurance approval or reimbursement.

Gift card brands, denominations, delivery methods, and availability may vary.

Where permitted, BookMySmile may substitute an advertised gift card with another gift card or promotional reward of equivalent value if the originally selected option is unavailable.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash through BookMySmile unless required by applicable law.

BookMySmile is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the patient, including an incorrect email address, phone number, or other contact information.

Patients should contact BookMySmile promptly if they believe incorrect information was submitted.

Promotional offers, eligibility requirements, and reward amounts may change from time to time.

Any change will apply prospectively and will not affect an eligible promotion already earned before the change, except where necessary to comply with applicable law or address fraud, misuse, or an obvious error.

Appointment availability is determined by participating clinics. BookMySmile cannot guarantee that a particular dentist, clinic, appointment time, or treatment will be available.
